My experience
I think this was one of the biggest choices I made in my life. “If someone asked me the question if I had the option to live in a foreign country without knowing anyone for 5 months,” I would probably have said no. But now that I made that choice, I’m really happy about it.
The experience was just something else. All the people were very nice. They helped us a lot and my colleagues were the best. I think because they were young, I clicked really quick with them.
The country itself is also really beautiful. I have never seen so much snow for so long. I will probably visit Finland again. I added Lapland to my bucket list. (Lapland is an underpopulated area where there is a lot of untouched nature.)
